These Terms of Use (“Terms”, “Agreement”) are an agreement between you (“User”) and Kiryl Kalatski (“we”, “us”, or “our”). This Agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the Aura: anxiety relief mobile application (the “Service”).

By accessing and using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. IMPORTANT MEDICAL DISCLAIMER

THE SERVICE IS NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE AND DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE.

The Service is designed as a somatosensory grounding tool to help manage focus and relaxation through tactile feedback. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, mental health condition, panic disorder, or anxiety disorder. The Service is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical or psychological condition.

2. Standard Apple License Agreement

The Service is licensed, not sold, to you for use only under the terms of this license. We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to install and use the Service on Apple-branded products that you own or control, and as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

3. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

While the Service may be offered for free initially, we may offer premium features through auto-renewing subscriptions or one-time in-app purchases.

• Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Management / Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.
• Restore Purchases: You may restore eligible purchases using the in-app Restore Purchases function provided via Apple.
• Refunds: Refunds are handled by Apple under applicable App Store policies and processes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not process refunds ourselves.
• Consumer rights / withdrawal (EEA): Depending on your country, consumer law may grant you certain rights regarding digital content/services. Where permitted by law, if you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you may lose any applicable right of withdrawal once performance begins, withdrawal rights may not apply (or may apply differently) as allowed by applicable law.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and share information about you when you use the Service.
